This role involves developing governance strategies, coordinating automation roadmaps, and engaging stakeholders to manage compliance risks effectively. Candidates should have over 5 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry or ethics and compliance. The position requires strong analytical skills and effective communication for collaboration in a rapidly changing environment.

Competenze

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry or in ethics & compliance field.
  • Experience with simplification through AI.
  • Knowledge and understanding of business functions and leadership.
