Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking the Service Training & Customer Education Programs Manager – EMEA. This fully remote role across the EMEA region focuses on designing, enabling, and coordinating modern training and education programs for internal Service teams and external customers.

You'll build scalable, data‑driven learning solutions to strengthen technical and soft skills, accelerate product adoption, and enhance customer experience, collaborating with Regional Service Leaders, Global

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Learning & Development, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Training, Learning & Development, Customer Education, Service Enablement, or a related function.
• Experience designing and managing training programs across multiple countries and stakeholders.
• Proven project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Mansioni

• Design and lead Service Training and Customer Education programs across the EMEA region.
• Develop scalable learning strategies, curricula, and learning pathways covering both technical and professional capabilities.
• Drive the adoption of modern learning approaches, including digital, blended, and on-demand learning solutions.
• Ensure training and education programs align with business priorities, customer needs, and service objectives.
• Coordinate training delivery through internal and external partners, trainers, and subject matter experts.
