Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Service Training & Customer Education Programs Manager – EMEA. This is a fully remote role within the EMEA region, focused on designing, enabling, and coordinating modern training and education programs for internal Service teams and external customers.

You will develop scalable learning solutions and ensure programs align with business priorities, collaborating with Global Training Teams, Marketing, and external partners to accelerate product

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Learning & Development, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, Customer Education, Service Enablement, or a related function.
• Experience designing and managing training programs across multiple countries and stakeholders.
• Proven project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Design and lead Service Training and Customer Education programs across the EMEA region.
