Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Service Training & Customer Education Programs Manager for the EMEA region. This fully remote role focuses on designing and enabling scalable learning solutions to strengthen capabilities and improve customer experience.

You will coordinate content, trainers, and delivery models with global teams and external partners while driving adoption of modern learning approaches and curricula aligned to business priorities.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Learning & Development, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, Customer Education, Service Enablement, or a related function.
• Experience designing and managing training programs across multiple countries and stakeholders.
• Proven project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Design and lead Service Training and Customer Education programs across the EMEA region.
• Develop scalable learning strategies, curricula, and learning pathways covering both technical and professional capabilities.
• Drive the adoption of modern learning approaches, including digital, blended, and on-demand learning solutions.
