Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Service Training & Customer Education Programs Manager – EMEA to design, enable, and coordinate modern training for internal Service teams and external customers across the EMEA region, building scalable, data-driven learning solutions.

This fully remote role reports to the Senior Director, Service Transformation Office EMEA and collaborates with Regional Service Leaders, Global Training Teams, Marketing, and external learning partners to accelerate

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in Training/Learning & Development or similar.
• Experience designing programs across multiple countries.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Mansioni

• Design and lead Service Training and Customer Education programs across the EMEA region.
• Develop scalable learning strategies and curricula for technical and professional capabilities.
• Drive adoption of modern learning approaches (digital, blended, on-demand).
• Ensure programs align with business priorities and customer needs.
• Coordinate delivery through partners, trainers, and SMEs.
