Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Service Training & Customer Education Programs Manager for the EMEA region. The role focuses on designing, enabling, and coordinating modern training for internal Service teams and external customers, with scalable, data-driven learning solutions.

Based in a fully remote role within the EMEA region, you will report to the Senior Director, collaborate with regional leaders and global training teams, and drive adoption of modern learning approaches while

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Learning & Development, Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, Customer Education, or a related function.
• Experience designing and managing training programs across multiple countries and stakeholders.
• Proven project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Design and lead Service Training and Customer Education programs across the EMEA region.
• Develop scalable learning strategies, curricula, and learning pathways.
