Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Service Training & Customer Education Programs Manager – EMEA. This fully remote role within the EMEA region focuses on designing and coordinating modern training and education programs for internal Service teams and external customers.

You will report to the Senior Director, Service Transformation Office EMEA and work with regional leaders, Global Training Teams, Marketing, and external learning partners to build scalable, data‑driven learning solutions

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Learning & Development, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, Customer Education, or related function.
• Experience designing and managing training programs across multiple countries and stakeholders.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent written and verbal English communications.

Mansioni

• Design and lead Service Training and Customer Education programs across the EMEA region.
• Develop scalable learning strategies, curricula, and learning pathways covering technical and professional capabilities.
• Drive adoption of modern learning approaches including digital, blended, and on‑demand learning solutions.
• Ensure training programs align with business priorities, customer needs, and service objectives.
• Coordinate training delivery through internal and external partners, trainers, and SMEs.
