Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Service Training & Customer Education Programs Manager – EMEA. This fully remote role within the EMEA region focuses on designing scalable training and learning solutions for internal service teams and external customers.

You'll collaborate with regional leaders, global training teams, and partners to deliver data-driven programs that accelerate adoption, improve service effectiveness, and enhance customer experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Learning & Development or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Training, Learning & Development, Customer Education, or related function.
• Experience designing and managing training programs across multiple countries and stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.

Mansioni

• Design and lead Service Training and Customer Education programs across the EMEA region.
• Develop scalable learning strategies, curricula, and learning pathways covering technical and professional capabilities.
• Drive adoption of modern learning approaches, including digital, blended, and on-demand learning solutions.
• Ensure training and education programs align with business priorities, customer needs, and service objectives.
• Coordinate training delivery through internal and external partners, trainers, and SMEs.
