Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, part of Danaher, seeks a Service Training & Customer Education Programs Manager – EMEA to design, enable, and coordinate modern training and education programs for internal Service teams and external customers across the EMEA region.

The role focuses on scalable, data-driven learning solutions for technical and soft skills, improving service effectiveness and customer experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, Customer Education, Service Enablement, or related function.
• Experience designing and managing training programs across multiple countries and stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Mansioni

• Design and lead Service Training and Customer Education programs across the EMEA region.
• Develop scalable learning strategies, curricula, and learning pathways covering technical and professional capabilities.
• Drive adoption of modern learning approaches (digital, blended, on-demand).
• Ensure programs align with business priorities and customer needs.
• Coordinate training delivery through internal and external partners, trainers, and SMEs.
