Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Service Training & Customer Education Programs Manager for the EMEA region. This fully remote role designs, enables, and coordinates modern training and education programs for internal Service teams and external customers across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

You’ll build scalable, data‑driven learning solutions that strengthen technical and soft skills, improve service effectiveness, accelerate product adoption, and enhance customer experience

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Training, Learning & Development or related function.
• Experience designing training programs across multiple countries.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Mansioni

• Design and lead Service Training and Customer Education programs for the EMEA region.
• Develop scalable learning strategies, curricula, and learning pathways.
• Drive adoption of modern learning approaches (digital, blended, on-demand).
