Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Service Training & Customer Education Programs Manager for the EMEA region. The role designs and enables modern training programs, coordinating content, trainers, and delivery models to support capability development and business performance.

You will build scalable, data-driven learning solutions that strengthen technical and soft skills, accelerate product adoption, and enhance customer experience through continuous education.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, L&D, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Training, Learning & Development or related function.
• Experience designing training programs across multiple countries and stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Mansioni

• Design and lead Service Training and Customer Education programs across the EMEA region.
• Develop scalable learning strategies, curricula, and learning pathways covering technical and professional capabilities.
• Drive adoption of modern learning approaches, including digital, blended, and on-demand learning solutions.
• Ensure training and education programs align with business priorities, customer needs, and service objectives.
• Coordinate training delivery through internal and external partners, trainers, and subject matter experts.
