Beckman Coulter Diagnostics invites applications for the Service Training & Customer Education Programs Manager – EMEA. You will design, enable, and coordinate modern training and education programs for internal Service teams and external customers across the EMEA region, building scalable, data-driven learning solutions.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Service Transformation Office EMEA, you will collaborate with Regional Service Leaders, Global Training Teams, Marketing, and external

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Learning & Development, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Training, Learning & Development, Customer Education or related function.
• Experience designing and managing training programs across multiple countries.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Mansioni

• Design and lead Service Training and Customer Education programs across the EMEA region.
• Develop scalable learning strategies, curricula, and learning pathways.
• Drive adoption of modern learning approaches, including digital, blended, and on-demand.
• Ensure programs align with business priorities, customer needs, and service objectives.
