Beckman Coulter Diagnostics in the EMEA region is seeking a Service Training & Customer Education Programs Manager to design, enable, and coordinate modern training and education programs for internal Service teams and external customers across the EMEA region.

This role builds scalable, data-driven learning solutions to strengthen technical and soft skills, accelerate product adoption, and enhance customer experience through continuous education.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Learning & Development, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, Customer Education, Service Enablement, or a related function.
• Experience designing and managing training programs across multiple countries and stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.

• Design and lead Service Training and Customer Education programs across the EMEA region.
• Develop scalable learning strategies, curricula, and learning pathways for technical and professional capabilities.
• Drive the adoption of modern learning approaches including digital, blended, and on-demand learning solutions.
• Ensure training and education programs align with business priorities, customer needs, and service objectives.
• Coordinate training delivery through internal and external partners, trainers, and subject matter experts.
