Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Service Training & Customer Education Programs Manager for the EMEA region. This role focuses on designing and coordinating modern training and education programs for internal service teams and external customers across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

It emphasizes scalable, data-driven learning solutions and collaboration with global teams. The role is remote within the EMEA region, reporting to the Senior Director and requiring travel for in-person

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, Customer Education, or related function.
• Experience designing and managing training programs across multiple countries and stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Mansioni

• Design and lead Service Training and Customer Education programs across the EMEA region.
• Develop scalable learning strategies, curricula, and learning pathways for technical and professional capabilities.
• Drive adoption of modern learning approaches (digital, blended, on-demand).
• Ensure programs align with business priorities and customer needs.
