Beckman Coulter Diagnostics seeks a Service Training & Customer Education Programs Manager for the EMEA region. You will design, enable, and coordinate training for internal service teams and customers, ensuring content and delivery meet business goals and customer needs.

The role emphasizes scalable, data-driven learning solutions to strengthen skills, accelerate product adoption, and enhance customer experience, while collaborating with global teams and external partners.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, Customer Education, or related function.
• Experience designing and managing training programs across multiple countries and stakeholders.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Mansioni

• Design and lead Service Training and Customer Education programs across the EMEA region.
• Develop scalable learning strategies, curricula, and learning pathways covering technical and professional capabilities.
• Drive adoption of modern learning approaches including digital, blended, and on-demand learning solutions.
