Cytiva is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead complex, multi-country payrolls across EMEA, ensuring compliance and expert guidance on regulatory changes. The role includes data validation, audits, and system upgrades, with a remote-friendly arrangement.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in multi-country payroll, with proficiency in ADP/Workday/SAP, and a strong grasp of end-to-end payroll operations.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in accounting or business or minimum of 7 years of related payroll experience.
5+ years of experience processing complex payroll in a multi-country environment.
Deep, expert-level understanding of end-to-end payroll operations and regulatory requirements.
Expert in payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, SAP, or similar.
Proven problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot payroll issues and implement solutions.

Mansioni

Own complex multi-country payrolls across EMEA; advise on calculations and regulatory changes.
Process multi-country payrolls with accuracy; ensure compliance and handle off-cycle payments.
Validate data before processing; resolve discrepancies; suggest process improvements.
Maintain and audit payroll records including taxes and benefits; audit data accuracy.
Support payroll system upgrades and standardized workflows; assist harmonization.
