Cytiva, part of Danaher, seeks a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead complex, multi-country payrolls across EMEA with expert knowledge of regulatory changes. You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and stakeholder confidence while driving harmonization and process improvements.

Reporting to the Payroll Manager - EMEA, this role offers flexibility for on-site or remote work and requires a strong background in ADP/Workday/SAP and English proficiency. A robust benefits package is provided.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or business is required.
• 7+ years of related payroll experience.
• 5+ years of experience processing complex payroll in a multi-country environment.
• Expertise in end-to-end payroll operations and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, SAP or similar.

Mansioni

• Owns complex, high-risk, or multi-country payrolls across EMEA.
• Process multi-country payrolls with accuracy and timeliness; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Validate and correct payroll data; escalate discrepancies and drive process improvements.
• Maintain and audit payroll records, taxes, benefits, and deposits.
• Support system upgrades, integrations, and standardized regional workflows.
