Cytiva is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to serve as the senior subject‑matter expert and operational lead for payroll across EMEA. You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and stakeholder confidence, guiding complex multi‑country payrolls with expert interpretation of regulations.

You will report to the Payroll Manager- EMEA and may work on-site or remotely, with opportunities to harmonize processes and upgrade payroll systems across the region.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or business; minimum 7 years related payroll experience.
• 5+ years handling complex payroll in a multi-country environment.
• Expert understanding of end-to-end payroll operations and regulatory changes.

Mansioni

• Own complex, high-risk, multi-country payrolls across EMEA as the payroll expert.
• Process multi-country payrolls with accuracy and timeliness; manage filings and reports.
• Validate data prior to processing; resolve discrepancies and automate where possible.
• Audit payroll records including taxes, benefits, and direct deposits.
• Support system upgrades and harmonized payroll workflows across regions.
