Cytiva is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead complex, multi-country payroll operations for the EMEA region. You will ensure compliance, accuracy, and harmonization across regional payroll processes and systems.

The role reports to the Payroll Manager- EMEA and supports standardized payroll workflows, system upgrades, and stakeholder collaboration in a remote-friendly environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business is required.
• Deep, expert‑level understanding of end‑to‑end payroll operations and statutory requirements.
• Proven problem‑solving abilities to troubleshoot payroll issues and implement solutions.

Mansioni

• Provide senior‑level ownership for complex, high‑risk, or multi‑country payrolls across EMEA and act as the recognized expert for payroll calculations, statutory interpretation, and regulatory changes.
• Process complex multi-country payrolls with precision and timeliness across regions; ensure compliance with payroll regulations.
• Validate and correct payroll data prior to processing; escalate and resolve discrepancies; identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
