Cytiva is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead complex, multi-country payrolls across EMEA, ensuring accuracy, compliance and stakeholder confidence. You will drive harmonization, advise on regulatory changes, and coordinate payroll processes across regions, reporting to the Payroll Manager.

Remote configuration may apply. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or business and 5+ years of experience with multi-country payrolls; expertise in ADP, Workday, or SAP is essential.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of related payroll experience.
• Deep understanding of end‑to‑end payroll operations and multi-country regulatory requirements.
• Expert in payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, SAP, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot payroll issues and implement solutions.

Mansioni

• Provide senior-level ownership for complex, high-risk, multi-country payrolls across EMEA and act as the expert for calculations, interpretation, and regulatory changes.
• Process complex multi-country payrolls with precision and timeliness; ensure compliance with payroll regulations and manage off-cycle payments and final pay calculations.
• Validate and correct payroll data prior to processing; escalate discrepancies and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Maintain and audit employee payroll records, including tax withholdings and benefits; conduct regular data accuracy audits.
• Collaborate on payroll system upgrades, integrations, and configuration; support standardized payroll workflows across the region.
• Support documentation and implementation of standardized payroll procedures; provide input on harmonization milestones and system enhancements.
