Cytiva, part of Danaher, is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead complex, multi-country payrolls across EMEA with a focus on accuracy and compliance. The role reports to the Payroll Manager and offers remote work flexibility for eligible locations.

You will own payroll calculations, regulatory interpretation, and continuous improvement initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders across regions and HR systems such as ADP, Workday or SAP.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business.
• 7+ years of related payroll experience.
• Expertise in end-to-end payroll operations and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with ADP, Workday or SAP payroll systems.

Mansioni

• Own complex, multi-country payrolls across EMEA.
