Cytiva is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead complex, multi-country payrolls across the EMEA region. You will ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely processing while guiding regional payroll strategy and controls.

The role supports remote work arrangements and requires deep knowledge of payroll regulations, system platforms (ADP/Workday/SAP), and cross-border coordination with stakeholders.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or business.
• 5+ years of experience processing complex payroll, in a multi-country environment.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end payroll operations and regulatory requirements.
• Expert in payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, SAP, or similar.
• Proven problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot payroll issues and implement solutions.

Mansioni

• Provide senior-level ownership for complex, multi-country payrolls across EMEA.
• Process complex multi-country payrolls with precision and timeliness.
• Validate and correct payroll data prior to processing; resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain and audit employee payroll records, including tax withholdings and benefits.
• Collaborate on payroll system upgrades and standardized workflows across the region.
• Support documentation and implementation of standardized payroll procedures.
