Cytiva, part of Danaher, is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead complex, multi-country payroll across EMEA. You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and harmonization of payroll processes while partnering with stakeholders.

The role reports to the Payroll Manager- EMEA and offers remote work options with eligibility across Danaher locations. A strong background in end-to-end payroll and expertise with ADP, Workday or SAP are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or business is required.
• 7+ years of payroll experience in a multi-country environment.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end payroll operations and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, SAP is essential.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot payroll issues.

Mansioni

• Own complex, high-risk, multi-country payrolls across EMEA.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state/provincial, and local payroll regulations; manage filings and reports.
• Validate and correct payroll data; escalate and resolve discrepancies; drive process improvements.
• Maintain and audit employee payroll records; conduct regular data accuracy checks.
• Collaborate on payroll system upgrades, integrations, and standardized workflows.
