Cytiva in Italy is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead complex, multi‑country payrolls across EMEA, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance and harmonization of processes. You’ll guide regional payroll strategy and collaborate with global stakeholders to maintain high controls and timely reporting.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in accounting or business, 7+ years in payroll, expert knowledge of ADP, Workday or SAP, and strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
