Cytiva is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead complex, multi-country payrolls across EMEA. You will ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and robust controls while guiding regional payroll strategies and implementations.

The role reports to the Payroll Manager-EMEA and supports harmonization efforts, audits, and system enhancements. Remote work flexibility is available for eligible candidates across Danaher locations.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business.
• 7+ years of related payroll experience.
• Deep end-to-end payroll operations and regulatory knowledge.
• Experience with payroll systems like ADP/Workday/SAP or similar.

• Own complex, high‑risk, multi‑country payrolls across EMEA.
• Process complex multi-country payrolls with accuracy and timeliness.
• Audit payroll data and resolve discrepancies; implement improvements.
