Cytiva is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead complex, multi‑country payroll across EMEA, ensuring accuracy, compliance and risk management.

You will influence regional payroll strategy, drive harmonization, and partner with HR and finance to optimize payroll processes. A senior expert, you will mentor teammates and shape payroll controls and system enhancements across borders.

Base salary ranges €45,950–€63,350 with a 10% bonus and comprehensive benefits, plus remote work options.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or business or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of related payroll experience.
• Deep, expert‑level understanding of end‑to‑end payroll operations and regulatory requirements.
• Expert in payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, SAP or similar.
• Proven problem‑solving abilities to troubleshoot payroll issues and implement solutions.

• Provide senior‑level ownership for complex, high‑risk, multi‑country payrolls across EMEA.
• Process complex multi‑country payrolls with precision and timeliness; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Validate and correct payroll data prior to processing; escalate discrepancies.
