Dow is seeking a Market Segment Manager for EMEA to define growth strategies across Industrial & Chemical Processing markets. The role collaborates with Sales, TS&D, R&D and Product Management to translate technical differentiation into customer value and to prioritize new products and applications across EMEA.

The position supports multiple locations including Seneffe (Belgium) and Milan (Italy). The ideal candidate holds a technical degree with 6+ years in strategic marketing or related B2B

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, engineering, business, marketing, or related discipline.

• Lead cross-functional market management activities to define and execute growth strategies across Industrial & Chemical Processing markets in EMEA.
• Develop market strategies, growth roadmaps, and commercial priorities based on customer needs, market trends, competitive dynamics, and business objectives.
• Conduct market, customer and value-chain analyses to identify growth opportunities, priority applications, and unmet market needs.
• Translate market insights into differentiated value propositions, portfolio priorities, pricing recommendations and customer segmentation.
• Partner with Sales, TS&D, R&D, and Product Management to prioritize and commercialize new products, technologies, and application opportunities.
