Dow Personal Care is seeking a Marketing Manager, Personal Care EMEA to drive growth across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The role collaborates with Sales, TS&D, R&D, Product Management, and Business Communications to identify opportunities and commercialize innovations.

The preferred location is Seneffe, Belgium; Milan, Italy may also be considered. You will lead marketing plans, 4Ps optimization, and value propositions aligned with business objectives in a matrix, global organization.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing, product management, business development, or related roles.
• Experience in Personal Care ingredients or adjacent B2B markets is preferred.
• Strong commercialization experience including product launches.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders across functions and regions.
• Knowledge of sustainability trends and regulatory developments in Personal Care is an advantage.

• Lead Market Management Teams to define and execute segment growth strategies.
• Develop and implement one-to-three-year marketing plans and growth roadmaps.
• Partner with TS&D, R&D, Product Management, and Sales to commercialize innovations.
