BeDimensional S.p.A. is seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist & Sales Account to accelerate growth of our advanced materials business across EMEA.

The role focuses on coatings and specialty chemical applications and involves opening new markets, developing strategic customers, and turning technical development projects into recurring commercial business. The role reports to the Chief Operations and Business Officer and collaborates with Innovation, Product Development, Marketing

Competenze

• 7+ years of B2B commercial experience in business development, technical sales, or key account management.
• Master’s degree in chemistry, materials science, materials engineering, nanotechnology, or a related discipline.
• Strong track record in opening new markets and developing strategic customers.

Mansioni

• Develop new customers, applications, and business opportunities across EMEA.
• Manage and grow selected strategic Key Accounts.
• Own the full commercial cycle, from prospecting and technical qualification to negotiation, industrial scale-up and recurring sales.
• Build relationships with R&D, formulators, procurement, and senior decision-makers.
• Develop technical-commercial value propositions, pricing, and business cases.
• Identify and develop distributors and commercial partners where appropriate.
• Manage pipeline, forecasting and account planning through CRM.
• Bring market intelligence back into the organization and help shape our commercial priorities.
