Dow is seeking a Business Development Manager to join Dow Industrial Solutions (DIS) in Milan, Italy. You will identify opportunities in Europe’s Data Center market, shape value propositions, and build partnerships with customers and partners while collaborating with marketing, product, and commercial teams.

The role requires strategic thinking, market development experience, and strong English, with travel up to 30%.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline is required.
• Significant experience in business development, market development, marketing, or strategic growth roles.
• Experience in Data Centers, electronics, thermal management, power infrastructure, or related markets.
• Demonstrated ability to develop strategic partnerships and translate customer needs into opportunities.
• Knowledge of Data Center cooling technologies or infrastructure materials is preferred.
• Experience launching or scaling new business opportunities.
• Professional proficiency in English; other European languages are beneficial.

• Execute the growth strategy for Dow's Data Center market within DIS.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Build relationships with Data Center owners, engineering firms, OEMs, EPCs, and stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, competition, and regulatory changes for opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, technology, product management, and commercial teams to develop value propositions.
• Lead customer engagement and support commercialization of new products and solutions.
• Represent Dow at industry conferences and customer events to strengthen market presence.
