PerkinElmer is seeking a senior product manager to support the regional commercial organization across the EMEA region, aligning regional needs with central product strategy and acting as the field product expert.

You will collaborate with sales, marketing and distributors to drive launches, demand generation and market intelligence, traveling up to 40-50% to meet regional priorities and build competitive advantage.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline.
• 8–12 years in product management, technical sales, or related roles in analytical instrumentation.
• Strong ability to travel 40–50% within the EMEA region.

• Provide real-time product expertise to regional sales and support demonstrations.
• Lead regional competitive responses on pricing, claims, and new instruments.
• Support regional sales with product mix analysis and forecasting inputs.
• Deliver product training to distributors and create competitive tools.
• Lead regional execution of global launches and adapt to regional conditions.
• Coordinate with Regional Marketing to align campaigns with priorities.
• Manage regional beta programmes with the NPI PM and capture feedback.
• Deliver regional sales training for launches to enable rapid closing.
• Report competitive activity and market trends to central product management.
• Engage in customer conversations about market intelligence and regulatory trends.
• Represent PerkinElmer at regional conferences and events.
• Provide input on product requirements, pricing feedback, and application priorities.
