Hexcel Corporation is seeking a Sales Director EMEA - Industrial & New Defense M/F. The role leads the regional sales team across Europe, driving annual and long-term growth in Industrial markets and New Defense initiatives, including drones and military vehicles.

The successful candidate will engage executives, shape strategy with Product Management, and ensure revenue growth while managing key accounts and budgets within a cross-functional, multinational environment.
