Summary

As the brand is growing, so is our team! Egglife Foods is looking for a talented Brand Manager‑Innovation to join our marketing team, reporting to the Vice President of Marketing. This position will be primarily responsible for identifying and developing new consumer insight driven products, leading end‑to‑end project management from conceptualization to commercialization and managing day‑to‑day brand marketing initiatives.

Essential job functions

Working with guidance and support from the VP, Marketing but with expected autonomy you will:

  • Drive and manage innovation pipeline from idea to launch, including identifying marketplace trends and consumer insights, executing consumer research, conducting business case modeling and market sizing, leading cross‑functional project management, and developing marketing and sales support plans.
  • Support the continued implementation of an agile stage gate innovation process, managing key stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to deliver final projects on strategy, on time and on budget.
  • Keep a pulse on industry and consumer trends, identifying opportunities for egglife to exploit.
  • Evaluate innovation pipeline ideas to select highest potential opportunities for further research and/or feasibility analysis.
  • Build solid business cases to support innovation efforts including volume forecasts, margin analysis, and pricing strategies to ensure opportunities meet financial objectives.
  • Partner with R&D and Operations team on product development including assisting with co‑man evaluation and selection, ingredient supplier sourcing and vetting, product formula refinement, and packaging development.
  • Work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to develop successful go‑to‑market plans.
  • Contribute to our knowledge base, thought leadership, and company culture through your unique character and skills.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of relevant product marketing/brand management or agency experience
  • Minimum 3 years innovation experience required
  • 2 years CPG marketing experience required
  • Food & Beverage experience strongly preferred
  • Strong financial acumen, and ability to turn insights into strategies and marketing plans
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to lead through influence
  • Self‑starter and intellectually curious. Comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Experience with IRI/Nielsen/SPINS databases preferred
  • Launching new categories and natural channel experience preferred
  • Experience working in small and large companies preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor’s Degree required. MBA preferred (marketing or business‑related field).
