• Assist in planning and implementing warehouse development strategies to increase market share and profitability.

• Establish lean operation standards to continuously improve the level of customer warehouse services.
• Based on the analysis of business data, optimize warehouse business content and provide support and suggestions for the company's business decision-making.

Requirements

• Years of experience in managing large-scale e-commerce warehouses in Europe. Proficient in e-commerce industry warehousing, distribution processes and inventory control.
• Rich experience in managing large-scale automated warehouses on-site.
• Able to complete warehouse business planning based on data analysis and business strategy needs.
• Rich experience in warehouse industry team management capabilities, with outstanding leadership.
• Excellent communication and internal and external coordination capabilities, able to work efficiently under pressure.
• Chinese and English can be used as working languages, and those who can speak Italian are preferred.
