A leading provider in advanced piping systems is looking for a Domestic Sales Area Manager for the north-east of Italy. This role focuses on designing a strategic sales plan, building relationships with customers, and promoting products. Ideal candidates will have sales experience, knowledge of the plastic sector is a plus, and must be proficient in English. They should also be proactive and analytical with excellent communication skills. A commitment to inclusivity and equal opportunity is emphasized.

We offer a role as Domestic Sales Area Manager for the north-east of Italy , who will report to the Domestic Sales Director in Aliaxis Italy.

The candidate will be in charge of designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base for the areas assigned. The figure will also have the responsibility of building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

The Key Responsibilities Can Be Summarized As Follows
  • Visit clients for technical promotion of our products
  • Take care of the sales of products for the different brands and proposition of our brand values
  • Achieve the goal of the sales budget with additional targets on the price increase and due + overdue
  • Analyse and follow the operations of the competitors
  • Develop specification actions for the market
  • Build and develop strong and long-term relationships with targeted customers / stakeholders
  • Take orders from clients
  • Follow and help sellers and agents assigned
  • Be respectful of driving rules
  • Develop specific offers to satisfy clients by interfacing with our Technical Office
Required Qualifications And Competencies
  • Specific Knowledge in Plastic Sector is a plus.
  • Experience in Sales and client management is required, together with a strong knowledge of the area and customers assigned.
  • Good knowledge of English language.
  • Availability to Travel is required, in particular in the area assigned (north-east of Italy).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate are required.
  • Proactive and analytical attitude with a strong focus on results are needed.
  • Customer needs orientation through availability, courtesy and competence is fundamental.
