Technogym Village in Cesena, Italy hosts an energetic HR Business Partner Digital who will act as a generalist across Employee Relations, Training, Development, Payroll and Talent Acquisition, shaping the People Strategy for the Digital R&D cluster.

You will partner with HQ leaders, manage the employee lifecycle, onboard new hires, analyze HR metrics, and ensure compliant, values-driven people practices within a matrix organization.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years in HR roles, with at least 10 years in business partnering.
• Fluency in English and Italian; ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and data analysis.

Mansioni

• Partner with leaders to deploy Human Resources strategy across the Digital R&D cluster.
• Manage employee lifecycle, onboarding, development, and engagement initiatives.
• Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decision-making and cost management.
• Collaborate with HQ HR and local leadership to ensure consistent policies.
