Technogym seeks an HR Business Partner Private & Marketing to join the HQ team in Cesena, Italy. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will be a strategic advisor to senior leaders across Technogym's international markets and drive people strategies that strengthen organizational effectiveness.

You will oversee Employee Relations, Training, Development, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and HR Administration, ensuring lifecycle management and cost control while upholding our values-led,

Competenze

• Master's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years in HR roles, with at least 6 in international business partnering.
• Experience in industries with complex structures (luxury products, technology, health).
• HR management for retail/e-commerce and direct sales.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, and employment laws.
• Fluent English and Italian communication.
