Job summary

Technogym is seeking a highly experienced HR Business Partner for Consumer & Marketing to join the HQ team in Cesena. You will advise senior leaders, drive people strategies, and oversee HR areas including employee lifecycle, development, and compensation alignment across global markets.

You will work closely with the Chief People Officer and HQ leadership to implement the Company People Strategy, manage budgets, and ensure best-in-class HR practices across geographies.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of HR experience, at least 6 in international partnering roles.
• Experience in industries with complex org structures (luxury, tech, health).
• Experience in HR management for retail, e-commerce, and direct sales.
• Strong understanding of HR principles and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to analyze needs and develop HR strategies aligned with objectives.
• Manage employee lifecycle, from recruitment to development and rotations.
• Lead organizational development initiatives for assigned areas.
