Technogym S.p.A. in Cesena, Italy, seeks an experienced HR Business Partner Digital to lead HR generalist activities within the Digital R&D cluster and partner with HQ leadership on people strategies.

You will manage employee lifecycle, payroll and budgeting elements, develop talent, and drive organizational development in a fast-paced matrix environment, collaborating with global teams.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of HR experience, with at least 10 years in a business partnering role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Italian.
• Experience in industries with complex structures (tech, manufacturing, healthcare) preferred.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms and HR analytics tooling.

Mansioni

• Partner with functional leaders to analyze business needs and align HR strategies.
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle and internal job rotations.
• Lead organizational development initiatives for designated areas.
• Develop and retain talent through training, coaching, and succession planning.
• Onboard new hires and provide guidance on HR policies and processes.
• Collaborate with international HR teams to standardize practices and compensation.
• Deliver data-driven HR reports and insights to support decisions.
