Technogym seeks an experienced HR Business Partner for Private & Marketing to join the HQ Team in Cesena, Italy. You will partner with senior leaders across international markets, shaping people strategies that drive growth and performance in a values-led culture.

You will cover Employee Relations, Training, Development, Payroll, Budget & Personnel Cost Management, Talent Acquisition and HR Administration, ensuring lifecycle management and strategic alignment across regions.

Competenze

10+ years in HR roles with international exposure.
6+ years in international business partnering roles.
Experience in luxury products, technology, or health industries.
Experience in HR management for retail, e‑commerce, and direct sales.
Strong HR principles and employment law knowledge.
Proficient in HRIS and MS Office; analytics tools a plus.
Excellent written and verbal English and Italian.
Ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders at all levels.

Mansioni

Advise senior leaders with HR strategies across designated markets.
Lead HR programs covering Employee Relations, Training, Development, Communication and Engagement.
Oversee payroll, budget and personnel cost management; manage talent acquisition and HR admin.
Ensure lifecycle management and collaboration with HQ leadership in deploying People Strategy.
Use HR data to identify trends and support data-driven decisions.
