Technogym is seeking an energetic HR Business Partner International to balance being a strategic partner, adviser, employee champion, and hands-on implementer of all international day-to-day HR processes. You will work with the global HQ HR CoE and report to the International HR Director.

Based in a matrix multinational, you will drive People strategy alignment, leadership coaching, talent management, change management, and data analysis across international markets, while upholding Technogym’s

Competenze

• 8+ years HRBP/HR Manager experience.
• Experience in a matrix organization and multinational environments.
• Experience in Direct Sales Company, Luxury brands, Sports Sector.

Mansioni

• Partner with local leadership and global HQ HR to shape people plans.
• Coach managers and provide guidance on HR topics across regions.
• Lead international recruitment and on-boarding for key roles.
• Maintain high-quality HR data and metrics to support business decisions.
