Technogym is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner Digital to join the HQ Team at Technogym Village in Cesena, Italy. You will cover HR generalist functions across Employee Relations, Training, Development, Payroll, Compensation, and Talent Acquisition, partnering with HQ leadership to deploy company People Strategy.

You will drive people plans, onboard new candidates, analyze HR metrics, and ensure policy compliance while acting as a Technogym brand ambassador.

• Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 15 years of experience in HR roles, with 10+ years in a business partnering role.
• Experience in industries with complex org structures is preferred.

Your Role

We are seeking an energetic and experienced HR Business Partner Digital to join our HQ Team at Technogym Village (Cesena, Italy). Working in a fast-paced, matrix-structure organization, you will truly be an experienced generalist covering all facets of HR, including Employee Relations, Training, Development, Communication and Engagement, Payroll, Budget & Personnel Cost Management, Talent Acquisition and HR Administration. In this role, you will be crucial in managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle in our Digital R&D cluster and will work closely with our HQ leadership teams in deploying Company People Strategy.

• Partner with functional leaders of designated areas to analyze business needs and develop HR strategies aimed at addressing the needs and requirement of the departments and ability to align them with company objectives.
• Facilitate employee lifecycle within assigned areas, from personnel selection to continuous development and management of internal job rotations.
• Manage working relationships within teams and resolve disputes to maintain a positive work environment.
• Lead the design and implementation of organizational development initiatives tailored to specific areas of responsibility.
• Collaborate with leaders to ensure that employees grow and reach their full potential, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and retain talent through training, coaching, career development, and succession planning.
• Onboard new candidates and collect necessary background information, as well as provide assistance and guidance to employees on work-related issues.
• Utilize HR-specific data analysis for designated areas to identify trends, provide detailed reports, and support data-driven decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with the international HR team to ensure consistent management of organizational design, compensation and benefits, personnel costs, ensuring alignment with market practices.
• Partner with local leadership and the global HQ HR team to design and deliver high-value people plans.
• Ensure policies and procedures are always maintained and well-executed, acting as a trusted advisor in all HR related matters.
• Act as a true Technogym brand ambassador and trusted advisor, providing best-in-class HR business partner support to local leadership.

About You

Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You possess strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships with business leaders and HR colleagues.

What You Should Bring

• Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 10 years’ experience in a business partnering role.
• Previous experience in industries with complex organizational structures, such as technology, manufacturing, or healthcare, is preferred.
• In-depth understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
• Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite, experience with HR analytics tools/software is a plus.
• Ability to analyze HR metrics and trends to inform strategic decision-making.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Italian.
• Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Compensation Data

We believe great work deserves great recognition. For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between €70,000 and €100,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici). In addition, joining Technogym means being part of a culture where your growth, well-being, and impact truly matter.
