Technogym is seeking an energetic HR Business Partner to join the HQ Team in Cesena, Italy. You will act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders across international markets, driving people strategies that support growth, organizational effectiveness, and a values-led culture.

The role covers Employee Relations, Training, Development, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and HR Administration, shaping the Company People Strategy at the group level.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of HR experience with at least 6 years in an international business partnering role.
• Experience in industries with complex structures (luxury products, technology, health).
• Experience in HR management for retail/online channels and direct sales.
• Strong HR principles, employment law knowledge, and HR analytics familiarity.

Mansioni

• Advise senior leaders across Technogym's international markets on HR strategies.
• Manage employee lifecycle including onboarding, development, and rotations.
• Lead organizational development initiatives and succession planning.
• Collaborate with HQ HR to align compensation, benefits, and personnel costs with market practices.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied across business areas.
