Detail‑oriented and customer‑focused Digital & Customer Success Specialist to ensure successful activation of Technogym Digital Ecosystem, proactively supporting clients in achieving success on the most suitable KPIs. You will generate best practices on Customer Success that support the sales team in maximizing product penetration and positioning, and contribute to maximizing the number of people actively using the mywellness cloud platform, exploiting any upsell opportunity on software, devices and services.
Passionate about working out, enthusiastic, proactive, and down‑to‑earth with excellent account management, solution selling, strategic thinking, and relationship skills. Experience in the fitness industry is highly desirable.
