Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Digital Account Executive in Italy to evangelize our digital platform solutions for Public Sector and Education prospects. You will work within an Account Team and as an Individual Contributor to drive self-generated opportunities across the full Salesforce Digital technology stack.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in enterprise software sales, a proven quota track record, and fluency in Italian and English.

Qualifications

3–5 years in enterprise software or technology sales.
Proven ability to meet quotas as IC and as part of a team.
Experience selling to C-level executives.
Strong understanding of digital transformation trends.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluent in Italian and English; right to work in Italy.

Responsibilities

Be the subject matter expert for Italian Public Sector and Education customers within Salesforce Digital.
Educate the Account Team on Salesforce Digital technology capabilities.
Collaborate with Account and Territory teams to identify target accounts and build use cases.
Generate opportunities through networking, cold-calling, and prospecting current Salesforce customers with accurate forecasting.
Own the full sales cycle for Salesforce Digital stack: lead generation, strategy, pricing, packaging, closure assistance.
Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas.
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
