A semiconductor innovation firm in Milan is seeking a motivated Junior Design Enablement Engineer to support the development of Foundry technology streams, process design kit (PDK) components, and design methodologies. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, have programming skills in Python, and possess a keen interest in mixed-signal circuit design. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced engineers in a collaborative, innovative environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree (BSEE) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python and shell scripting.
• Solid knowledge of basic electronic circuitry.
• Understanding of the design-to-tape-out workflow.
• Eagerness to learn and strong problem-solving aptitude.
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative spirit.

Mansioni

• Support the design and maintenance of internal/external Process Design Kits.
• Assist in the development of new PDK design methodologies.
• Develop and maintain clear design documentation for the design community.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on technology streams.
• Work to standardize and centralize the design environment.
• Develop projects utilizing AI and machine learning techniques.
