  • Provide hands-on architectural guidance to engineering and operations teams during design, build, and deployment phases.
  • Act as a key liaison between Product Owners, Technical Leads, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Architects to ensure enterprise service solutions address functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Monitor the entire solution lifecycle, from ideation to implementation and post-deployment support.
  • Identify opportunities to innovate and improve existing solutions, architectures, and processes.
  • Contribute to the enterprise services roadmap by identifying technical enablers, dependencies, and risks.
  • Integrate third-party solutions and services with external vendors and partners.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with solution design and implementation to develop contingency plans to address potential challenges during project execution.
  • Create and maintain documentation for solution designs, technical standards, and best practices to share knowledge with team members and stakeholders.

Objectives

  • Deliver secure, future-proof, and scalable enterprise service solutions that form the foundation for digital services across the enterprise.
  • Ensure enterprise service solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, business needs, and the broader Secure Digital Platform strategy.
  • Reduce technical debt and operational overhead by promoting standardisation, automation, and architectural consistency across enterprise services.
