Job summary

Darktrace is seeking a Solutions Engineer to support both pre-sales and post-sales activities in Italy. You will work with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to drive revenue and adoption of Darktrace products.

The role involves delivering POV engagements, presenting Threat Intelligence Reports, and designing client integrations. The ideal candidate has a technical background with sales engineer experience, strong cybersecurity knowledge, and fluent Italian and English.

Qualifications

• Technical background with sales engineer experience in pre- and post-sales engagements.
• Strong interest in cybersecurity and networking technologies.
• Fluency in Italian and English; able to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical pre-sales and post-sales support in collaboration with Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Deliver POV engagements and present Threat Intelligence Reports to technical and executive audiences.
• Design and build custom client integrations and define solution architectures.
