Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking a Technical Presales Specialist – Cybersecurity to support its Sales teams and channel partners across Italy. In this customer-facing role, you will act as a technical security expert, helping partners understand, design, and position cybersecurity solutions based on customer requirements.

You will work closely with security vendors, Business Development teams, and channel partners throughout the sales cycle, delivering presentations, PoCs, and architecture designs while

Qualifications

• Experience in technical presales or related cybersecurity roles.
• Good understanding of network security, firewalls, endpoint security, cloud security, IAM, SASE/SSE.
• Experience with cybersecurity vendors or security solutions is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical presales support across cybersecurity portfolio.
• Analyze customer security requirements and propose architectures and solutions.
• Deliver technical presentations, demos, workshops, and PoCs.
• Support partners through the sales cycle from discovery to design to implementation.
• Collaborate with BD, Sales, Solution Architects, vendors and partners to create opportunities.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor on cybersecurity technologies and best practices.
