Job summary

Darktrace is expanding its Solutions Engineering team in Milano to support a growing customer base. You will work closely with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to drive revenue growth and adoption of Darktrace cybersecurity solutions.

The role emphasizes technical excellence, crafting proofs of value, and presenting to diverse audiences from engineers to C-level executives, while building trusted advisor relationships across clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Technical background with pre-sales/post-sales experience in cybersecurity.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to varied audiences.
• Fluency in Italian and English is essential.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end POV engagements with clients.
• Present Threat Intelligence Reports to technical and executive audiences.
• Design and build custom client integrations and define solution architectures.
• Collaborate with Sales, Success, and Partners to accelerate revenue growth.
